Yea, That's What I've Been Waiting For

Have been traveling, and am v. tired. Saw Crazy & Jenny, and will update on my adventures soon.

My sweet Boyfriend took pity on my travel-tired self last night and taped the Grammys for me, even though I didn't ask. I know what you're thinking - Big Kitty, you LIVE for award shows, and you watch them all... why would you skip the Grammys?

Because they are boring. Poorly filmed. Predictable. In a word,

SUCKY

But, damn did they pull out the stops last night. My favorite moment was Amy Winehouse's win. I got a little teary, and I bet we see more of this format in the future. Every great performance should be in a small club surrounded by fans and family. Without the record execs and their stupid wives in updos and designer gowns.

And, her performance was pretty great too. Look for her naked lady tattoo to have a demure shirt painted on it. God love this prudish country that we live in.



I'm pretty sure the weird camera work is because she kept pulling up her skirt. Call it a hunch.
